Best Chest Workout Routine

It’s always good to be able to wear whatever you want or to go to the pool and not be embarrassed about how you body looks.

You need to realize that the chest can handle a lot of weight. Some guys can bench 500 pounds! That is a lot of weight to lift.

So start training your chest with heavy weight because it can take it. But start with push ups because they will get you ready for the big weight.

You have to start slowly, but that doesn’t mean you can’t progress quickly. You need to lift light to ensure proper form.

You must feel each and every rep in your chest when lifting. Don’t just get the heavy weights and let your other muscles do most the work.

Most guys don’t go to the gym and then wonder why they don’t look good with their shirts off. Others go to the gym on a regular basis but still don’t have the results that they desire. I am going to tell you how you can get a great looking chest by focusing on the most important part.

A large percentage of guys suffer from what goes by the name of “man boobs”. This is when you have excess fat around the chest and they can sag or cause the nipple to droop.

Men are not supposed to have extra fat on their chest, it doesn’t look manly, and this causes them to get embarrassed.

Why would so many men suffer from man boobs? Well our chest doesn’t get the same type of workout throughout the day that our legs, back and biceps get so in order to work the chest you need to follow a chest workout routine.

You obviously have to change your current chest activity level in order for the chest to look any different. But what might surprise you is that the effort on your part is minimal.

The work you have to do is not hard and can accomplished in a short amount of time IF you follow the correct workout routine.
