Drinking water helps to flush toxins out of your system and you will feel better. <p>Everyone is searching for the <a class="zem_slink" title="Meaning of life" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meaning_of_life">meaning of life</a>, in some way or another.  On day you wake up, and all of the sudden you wonder:  what is the purpose of life?  Excellent question, and without this inquiry you would find yourself dying</p>
<p>without ever having lived.  To begin to realize the meaning of life for yourself, start with these three steps:</p>
<p><a class="zem_slink" title="1st Step" rel="musicbrainz" href="http://musicbrainz.org/artist/63c0487f-d872-4a87-bdac-189b09955d8b.html">1st Step</a>:  Reflecting on your past</p>
<p>Without a little soul searching, you will have a hard time healing your wounds. While it is are to do this, it is</p>
<p>crucial to your progress.  It is time to end the anxious and depressed feelings that have been a part of your life.</p>
<p>Books and reflection can help you do this on your own, however you may benefit further using therapy. It is common to have to look around before you find the right person to help you.</p>
<p>2:  Find yourself</p>
<p>It can be difficult to find yourself when you&#8217;ve lived with many masks.  You must be very aware in order to find out who you really are.  What do you enjoy or dispise, and why do you feel this way?  Having a strange</p>
<p>to something, try to understand why.  Consider what you liked as a child.  Can you think of things that to excite you in the past. Many people have become lost trying to live in this world, but you cannot really live until you find yourself.</p>
<p>3:  Getting consistent</p>
<p>This is where you take action, matching your desires with your reality. This requires some hard work. You may have been doing some things for others, and they may really resist your changes. It is important for you to be consistent in your life, and this means doing what you want to be doing. And having what you want to be having.</p>
<p>And being what you want to be being. Be aware of inconsistencies and start changing. You have to make these things now, because you cannot wait to be ready for it.</p>
<p>There are many perspectives on the meaning of life.  Obviously, the most important aspect of life is meant to be lived fully.  It is not enough to just moved through the world in a trance.  You cannot simply exist.  You must be plugged into life so you</p>
<p>not reach the end of it and find you were dead all along.</p>

<p>Stress is a normal facet in our lives. We thrive on a little <a class="zem_slink" title="Stress (biological)" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stress_%28biological%29">stress</a> because it keeps us focused and enables us to stay mentally alert. Sometimes, though, stress can get out of control and cause us to have <a class="zem_slink" title="Anxiety" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anxiety">anxiety</a> attacks.</p>
<p>Anxiety attacks can creep up slowly, almost mimicking day to day stress and reactions to that stress. If one doesn&#8217;t cure these anxiety attacks, they can escalate and become debilitating.</p>
<p>In order to recognize the indicators for an anxiety attack, you have to understand the symptoms of stress first.  Each person experiences stress differently, but some of the general symptoms of stress include problems with memory, confusion, difficulty in concentrating and <a class="zem_slink" title="Racing thoughts" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Racing_thoughts">racing thoughts</a>.</p>
<p>You&#8217;ll see some of the same symptoms in anxiety attacks as well, But the <a class="zem_slink" title="Physical effects" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Physical_effects">physical effects</a> are dominant during an attack. A number of individuals experience <a class="zem_slink" title="Dyspnea" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dyspnea">difficulty breathing</a>, a racing heart, <a class="zem_slink" title="Tremor" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tremor">trembling</a> or shakiness within the body, aching stomach and hot or cold flushes.</p>
<p>When the attack has reached its high point, you&#8217;ll notice a feeling of being out of control or losing a grip on yourself. Unfortunately, those experiencing anxiety attacks don&#8217;t always recognize their symptoms as an attack.</p>
<p>It often takes a good friend or relative to realize and tell them what is going on. To cure anxiety attacks you need to seek out <a class="zem_slink" title="Medicine" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Medicine">medical</a> attention from a specialist who can decide if they are anxiety attacks and not a different medical-related illness.</p>
<p>When the physician rules out anything medical and determines that they are anxiety attacks, he may start them on some type of <a class="zem_slink" title="Pharmaceutical drug" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pharmaceutical_drug">medication</a> to help relieve them of some of the symptoms and encourage the patient to seek a counselor.</p>
<p>A counselor will listen to the patients history and determine what stressing factors could be causing their symptoms.  Once the patient gets a handle on the contributing factors for their attacks, a treatment plan would then be set up, based on the patients situation. A counselor can help them work through the stressors and show them ways to alleviate the stress causing their symptoms.</p>
<p>When everyday stress escalates, there are many ways to settle the overwhelming feelings of edginess. Getting the proper help will help calm the anxious <a class="zem_slink" title="Emotion" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emotion">emotions</a> raging within you. Finding out what stressors cause those emotions and learning how to combat them can bring a sense of relief and feelings of comfort to know that there is hope.</p>

<p>Born to an Idaho farming family, Rohn began his early adulthood without acclaim, leaving college after his first year, starting a family, and trying to get by as best he could as a salaried worker.</p>
<p><strong>Career</strong></p>
<p>By age 25 (according to his accounts), he was in a personal rut familiar to many middle-class families whom were in debt, unable to see a way that would lead to his personal ambitions.</p>
<p>Around this time, he was introduced to<strong> John Earl Shoaff</strong>, an entrepreneur who impressed Rohn with his wealth, business accomplishments, charisma and life philosophy. Rohn joined Shoaff&#8217;s direct sales organization, and began a process of personal development that culminated in his becoming a millionaire by age 31. Unfortunately, Shoaff, who had challenged Rohn to reach for this goal, died one year before Rohn achieved it.</p>
<p>In the years that followed, Rohn discovered a demand from people outside his industry to hear his rags to riches stories, and the personal development philosophy that he felt had led to his accomplishments. Rohn has been presenting his seminars for more than 40 years.</p>

<p>If you blush regularly, you&#8217;ve doubtless asked yourself whether there really is a way to stop your blushing problem for good?  Blushing &#8211; or going <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red" rel="wikipedia" title="Red" class="zem_slink">red</a> in the face &#8211; is a problem faced by many people to varying degrees. Whilst there are lots of different reasons that could cause you to blush, the most common causes are either emotional (you&#8217;re embarrassed) or you suffer from a <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Social_phobia" rel="wikipedia" title="Social phobia" class="zem_slink">social phobia</a>.  <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blushing" rel="wikipedia" title="Blushing" class="zem_slink">Facial blushing</a> is our body&#8217;s <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transient_response" rel="wikipedia" title="Transient response" class="zem_slink">natural response</a> to specific situations. The problem is that everyone can see when you blush, which often causes more <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Embarrassment" rel="wikipedia" title="Embarrassment" class="zem_slink">embarrassment</a> which in turn deepens the reddening. Pick a situation where you normally blush and act out how things progress. If your blushing problem is mild, you may well find that this boosts your confidence enough to reduce the number of times that you spontaneously blush in public. If so, great! Practice some more and your days of your face turning a bright glowing shade of red could be a thing of the past.  If role play doesn&#8217;t do the trick then another option you could consider is to get hold of a hypnosis track. One of the main attractions of using this method is that it&#8217;s completely personal. Because the hypnosis session is pre-recorded, you don&#8217;t have the worry or embarrassment of actually visiting a hypnotist in person. Many people have found that hypnosis works well for facial blushing because the act of blushing is triggered by your subconscious (because let&#8217;s face it, if you had a choice in the matter you likely wouldn&#8217;t want to blush) and hypnosis works well with this kind of <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Root" rel="wikipedia" title="Root" class="zem_slink">deep-rooted</a> issue. <p>I imagine you are feeling called to move your life to a bigger place. That you have a vision of what you would truly love your life to be that you have been focusing on for some time, taking <a class="zem_slink" title="Action (fiction)" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Action_%28fiction%29">action</a>, growing and learning all you can to make it happen. Doing all you can to make it become your reality.</p>
<p>Deep within you, you feel a subtle knowing that life can truly be good, that there is more for you to be, do, and have in this life. That life truly is meant to be abundant and you can somehow make that abundance your reality.</p>
<p>I had felt that truth within me from the moment I picked up a spiritual-type book. Deep down we all know this to some extent, that life can be as amazing as you can envision it.</p>
<p>And maybe you are aware that the <a class="zem_slink" title="Energy" rel="wikinvest" href="http://www.wikinvest.com/industry/Energy">energy</a> on the planet is changing. Becoming more supportive of living in a higher vibration. We now have the opportunity to shift lifetimes of growth within this life. We have the opportunity and are now able to create a new life within this life we&#8217;re living.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m sure you&#8217;ve seen it for yourself. Think back to 5 years ago&#8230; What was your every day life like back then? How did you feel about yourself? How did you feel from day to day? Feel like a different life than now?</p>
<p>I know that&#8217;s what it feels like to me. I truly believe, and stand for creating an incredible future that is different from the past. As you can imagine, I left behind what could have easily been a life-long career of <a class="zem_slink" title="Engineering" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Engineering">engineering</a>. I chose a new path. I chose a future that was different than the present at the time. I chose to fully embrace the potential I felt within and to grow from the person I was, to the person I somehow knew I could be.</p>
<p>If you really want to create a future that&#8217;s different than the past, I would love to share some of what has helped me do this.</p>
<p>A big key to doing this is letting go.</p>
<p>Letting go of what no longer serves you. Letting go of old, outdated self-images. Letting go of old pain and hurt you&#8217;re still holding on to. Letting go of other people&#8217;s images of how your life should be. Letting go of the fear that you&#8217;re not good enough, that you don&#8217;t have what it takes, that you will fail, or that you will succeed and be abandoned. Letting go of playing small, of shrinking down. Letting go of putting yourself last.</p>
<p>This letting go is a huge key. I call it &#8220;Releasing Old Consciousness&#8221;. It&#8217;s the old way. It&#8217;s the <a class="zem_slink" title="Internal energy" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internal_energy">internal energy</a>, thinking and ways of being that matched the old you. The lower energy parts of yourself that do not belong in the new, exciting, abundant, truly joyful reality you are creating for yourself.</p>
<p>What is it time for you to let go of?</p>
<p>Light Your Path <a class="zem_slink" title="Call to Action" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Call_to_Action">Call to Action</a>:</p>
<p>If you are feeling called to take a step toward creating a future that&#8217;s different from the past, take action and try this exercise.</p>
<p>Give yourself 10 &#8211; 15 minutes of quiet <a class="zem_slink" title="Spacetime" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spacetime">time and space</a> to yourself. Light a candle or two, get a cozy blanket, do whatever you can to create a sacred space for yourself. Bring a journal or a piece of paper and pen.</p>
<p>Go within and affirm to yourself: There are things within me that aren&#8217;t in alignment with where I want to go, with the reality I want to create. I am willing to see them. I am willing to let them go in order to become who I know I can be.</p>
<p>Let go of any fear around this. You never need to let go of anything out of fear. If anything, you&#8217;ll want to let go of the fear around letting go.</p>
<p>Now write at the top of the page: I am willing to see what within me is ready to be released.</p>
<p>Now get quiet, allow a feeling, idea, image or knowing to come to you. Ask yourself: what old, outdated energy, way of being or past hurt is it time to let go of?</p>
<p>Write down what comes to you.</p>
<p>Now ask yourself: What new energy, way of being and feeling is ready to take it&#8217;s place?</p>
<p>Affirm to yourself you are ready to release the old and have it replace the new. Close your eyes, know you are creating the shift and allow it to happen. Notice what you feel, what you see. Affirm that you are ready to let this go so your future can be fresh and new.</p>

After learning some of the methods used to tap into the subconscious mind you may even confess &#8220;That was so simple. Why i failed to think of that before. The simple fact is you already naturally knew before but simply did not know how to utilize your own subconscious abilities.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Just think about it. You possess natural abilities that with just a little instruction and the right direction can unleash your hidden potential and benefit you for the rest of your life.</p>

<p>Surprisingly when people are asked if they are empowered in their lives, a number of them will reply &#8211; &#8220;What does that mean? What does it mean to be empowered? How do you become empowered?&#8221;</p>
<p>To be empowered in your life is to be powerful within yourself in all aspects of your life. It is finding and being in that <a class="zem_slink" title="Energy (esotericism)" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Energy_%28esotericism%29">place of power</a> within you. A place of power that is a solid and strong pillar of energy. <a class="zem_slink" title="Pillar (car)" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pillar_%28car%29">A pillar</a> of energy that you direct to create the life you desire to live. An energy that you know is yours and can never be taken from you.</p>
<p>It is in finding this power, in accessing this power, in strengthening this power, and in using this power that you are then empowered in your life. This is not a power that you express outward in an overpowering action towards others. It is a power that you use to create the life you desire and draw to you those that are of similar and matching vibration and therefore they add to the beauty and happiness of your life and your life experience.<br />

<p>Change means to transform and implies a fundamental difference or a substitution of one thing for another.</p>
<p>Everything in the universe is constantly changing. Change is the <a class="zem_slink" title="Nature" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nature">nature</a> of life. Without cycles of change all life would cease to exist. A seed must go through stages of change in order to grow into a plant.</p>
<p>In one year&#8217;s time, the 60 trillion cells that make up the <a class="zem_slink" title="Human body" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_body">human body</a> are replaced with new ones. Our bodies and minds must change in order for us to grow into the person we were meant to be.</p>
<p>It is said that we only struggle in life when we resist change.</p>

<p>The word change is quiet a popular word these days. Change is always the mantra during election time when politicians are trying to convince people to vote for them. In these fast changing and challenging times we are seeing a surprising amount of leadership change in both governments and businesses.</p>
<p>We have to learn to deal with technological, social, cultural environmental and climate changes to name a few. We quite often need to change our attitudes, behaviors, careers, locations, identities and of course our passwords. Yes things are always changing.</p>
<p>However changing just for the sake of change may not be a positive thing. As in most <a class="zem_slink" title="Politics" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Politics">political</a> change, quite often nothing really happens or the change is worse than what we previously had.</p>
<p>We must be aware of what we are changing to. It may be change in the wrong direction. It could be physical deterioration or it could be change that is taking us more into the darkness. The change I am suggesting is what I call <a class="zem_slink" title="Real Change" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Real_Change">Real Change</a>.</p>
<p>Real Change</p>
<p>The headline on my new <a class="zem_slink" title="Website" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Website">web site</a> We All Make A Difference.com is: Change Yourself, Change Our World. As Gandhi once said &#8220;Be the change you want to see in the world&#8221;</p>
<p>My definition of change in this context is a change that transforms our personal lives so that we have more <a class="zem_slink" title="Happiness" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Happiness">happiness</a> and joy and it also helps to transform everyone and everything around us in the like manner.</p>
<p>Everyone would like to have more happiness and lasting fulfillment in their lives, the question is how to do it?</p>
<p>Real change occurs when we are focused on <a class="zem_slink" title="Human Potential Movement" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_Potential_Movement">personal growth</a> in all aspects of our life. The primary areas that we generally need real change are; physical health, career and financial health, relationship health and our spiritual health.</p>
<p><a class="zem_slink" title="Health" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Health">Physical Health</a></p>
<p>Our physical heath is vitally important if we are to be ultimately successful in life. Feeling strong and energetic is the foundation for being able to do our best in whatever is important to us. It is critical to learn what our <a class="zem_slink" title="Human body" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_body">body</a> needs to function optimally and then to create a personalized plan to follow on a daily basis.</p>
<p>The key to success is to realize that our body is a gift that we need to honor. Our body is our vehicle that allows us create real change in the world for the betterment of all <a class="zem_slink" title="Human" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human">mankind</a>.</p>
<p>If you remember this saying &#8220;Our body is the temple of our soul, do not treat it like a motel&#8221; it will keep you focused on taking good care of your body.</p>
<p>Career and Financial Health</p>
<p>It is my belief that we are all here on earth for a purpose. When we find and <a class="zem_slink" title="Politician" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Politician">begin</a> living our purpose, we not only feel happy and fulfilled, we also will achieve the financial success that is right for us. We all deserve to be happy, fulfilled and financially successful. It is an abundant universe and abundance is our birthright. <a class="zem_slink" title="Poverty" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poverty">Poverty</a> does no one any good. Money is just <a class="zem_slink" title="Energy" rel="wikinvest" href="http://www.wikinvest.com/industry/Energy">energy</a> and the more energy we have the more good we can create.</p>
<p>Relationship Health</p>
<p>We need to establish healthy relationships with everyone, family, friends, co-workers and especially with ourselves.</p>
<p>How is this possible? It is very possible when we realize that we are all in this world together, we are part of and connected to the whole. We all face similar challenges and desires, depending on where we are on the path to enlightenment. In order to create happiness and fulfillment in our lives we need to create healthy, win-win relationships.</p>
<p>The real game of life is about cooperation not competition. We need to cultivate a sincere desire to help others. We can create great productive relationships, by treating everyone with respect, compassion and understanding of their particular challenges.</p>

Spiritual Health</p>
<p>Spiritual health is the ultimate goal, as this is what we need to achieve in order to truly find lasting happiness and fulfillment. Spiritual health is obtained when we learn to let go of our selfish desires, overcome our egos and work on helping others to achieve real change.</p>
<p>The Key to Creating Real Change</p>
<p>We tend to become content after achieving some degree of success in our lives and want to stay in our comfort zones. It seems we only get motivated to create real change when we are facing serious challenges in our life, whether it&#8217;s health, financial or relationships.</p>
<p>A worthy goal is to learn to continuously create real change before a crisis occurs. We can become more aware of our thoughts and actions and learn to create the causes of our life instead of reacting to the effects.</p>
<p>Real change is an ongoing process; it&#8217;s why we are here.</p></div>

<p>It is well known that <a class="zem_slink" title="Type A and Type B personality theory" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Type_A_and_Type_B_personality_theory">Type A</a> individuals are more likely to have heart attacks earlier in their lives. High stung individuals cannot go full tilt forever, and as they get older they start writing checks that their bodies simply cannot cash. They think young and feel young, but when push comes to shove they have a huge problem performing at the level they once did.</p>

<p>As they age, as we all age we simply do not have the <a class="zem_slink" title="Agility" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agility">agility</a> we once had, pushing it can often lead to disaster. One famous <a class="zem_slink" title="Psychologist" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychologist">psychologist</a> suggested that such folks who had a Type <a class="zem_slink" title="Behavioral pattern" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Behavioral_pattern">Behavioral Pattern</a> needed to switch from physical strenuous activities to mild forms of <a class="zem_slink" title="Physical exercise" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Physical_exercise">exercise</a> and find intellectual endeavors to pursue instead.</p>
<p>Further, suggesting that they attack their <a class="zem_slink" title="Knowledge" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Knowledge">knowledge</a> and learning at the same level of fervor that they had their strenuous <a class="zem_slink" title="Sport" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sport">sports</a> and activities. In this way they could enjoy the challenge, without over exerting themselves to the point of unhealthy activity that could lead to an early <a class="zem_slink" title="Myocardial infarction" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myocardial_infarction">heart attack</a>.</p>

<p>Putting an A Type person on a committee or allowing them to run an intellectual group often worked very well as they were completely results oriented. When put together with other high-achievers they did reach results. One thing you have to watch is matching such individuals with lackadaisical folks who just want to hang-out and were less into results and more into touchy feeling socializing, as these two <a class="zem_slink" title="Personality type" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Personality_type">personality types</a> did not match.</p>
<p>Once an A personality type gets involved in intellectual pursuits their focus shifts and this is a much better personality displacement and much healthier as they grow older. Please consider this.</p></div>
