<p>One thing I have noticed while serving as a professional Nutrition specialist, is that most of my customers are amazed when they find out what foods I would recommend for fat burning.</p>
<p>These foods are not only delicious, but are helpful in the fight against unwanted fat. They are pro-actively involved in the body&#8217;s fat-burning process.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m going to leave out the obvious ones &#8211; fruit and vegetables. I don&#8217;t want to bore you by mentioning these &#8211; we all know thay they are beneficial. But I would like to take a look a some foods that are not only very tasty, but play a vital part is the fat burning process.</p>
<p>    1. <a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Egg_yolk" title="Egg yolk" rel="wikipedia">Egg yolks</a>. Yes, I mean those eggs that you may have heard about &#8211; how they are so filled with <a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cholesterol" title="Cholesterol" rel="wikipedia">cholesterol</a> and fat. Well, let me set the record straight &#8211; the eggs will increase your cholesterol, but it&#8217;s the good cholesterol. They help to keep the balance with fat, and the <a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Free-range_eggs" title="Free-range eggs" rel="wikipedia">free-range eggs</a> are exceptionally good, because of the high <a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Omega-3_fatty_acid" title="Omega-3 fatty acid" rel="wikipedia">omega-3</a> content. </p>
<p>Egg yolks are a good source of vitamins and they also contain minerals and other nutrient traces. To give a full list of what these are, would take about a page. You can rest assured that the yolk of the <a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Egg_%28food%29" title="Egg (food)" rel="wikipedia">egg</a> is where the goodness is.</p>
<p>So enjoy those eggs and know that you are helping in the fight against belly fat. Eggs are one of my favourite foods &#8221; I was relieved to know that I dont need to give them up.</p>
<p>     2. Avocados &#8221; Another example of a so-called fatty food which actually helps in burning fat! And they can be enjoyed with other foods &#8221; they make everything creamier and tastier. And the avocado is packed with healthy <a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fat" title="Fat" rel="wikipedia">fats</a> as well as fiber and antioxidants. They are a good source of vitamins and minerals, and they help to control appetite and release the bodys fat-burning hormones.</p>
<p>        3. <a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cattle_feeding" title="Cattle feeding" rel="wikipedia">Grass-fed beef</a> &#8211; When you buy beef in the <a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grocery_store" title="Grocery store" rel="wikipedia">grocery store</a>, it is usually the grain-fed type that you get. But the grass-fed type is far superior. It&#8217;s similar to the situation with free-range chickens &#8211; the animals are healthier, and the meat (as well as being much tastier) contains more of the omega-3 type <a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fatty_acid" title="Fatty acid" rel="wikipedia">fatty acids</a> than the omega-6 type.  And it&#8217;s the omega-3 type that is best at fighting off belly fat.  </p>
<p>Another important element of grass-fed beef is <a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conjugated_linoleic_acid" title="Conjugated linoleic acid" rel="wikipedia">conjugated linoleic acid</a> (CLA), which is a healthy fat. It helps both to build muscle and burn fat. </p>
<p>So go ahead and enjoy that delicious beef &#8221; just watch that its the grass-fed type. It will help you in your attempts to burn fat. You dont need to listen to the claims about beef  being a fatty food &#8221; you know better now.</p>

<p>It is well known that <a class="zem_slink" title="Type A and Type B personality theory" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Type_A_and_Type_B_personality_theory">Type A</a> individuals are more likely to have heart attacks earlier in their lives. High stung individuals cannot go full tilt forever, and as they get older they start writing checks that their bodies simply cannot cash. They think young and feel young, but when push comes to shove they have a huge problem performing at the level they once did.</p>

<p>As they age, as we all age we simply do not have the <a class="zem_slink" title="Agility" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agility">agility</a> we once had, pushing it can often lead to disaster. One famous <a class="zem_slink" title="Psychologist" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychologist">psychologist</a> suggested that such folks who had a Type <a class="zem_slink" title="Behavioral pattern" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Behavioral_pattern">Behavioral Pattern</a> needed to switch from physical strenuous activities to mild forms of <a class="zem_slink" title="Physical exercise" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Physical_exercise">exercise</a> and find intellectual endeavors to pursue instead.</p>
<p>Further, suggesting that they attack their <a class="zem_slink" title="Knowledge" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Knowledge">knowledge</a> and learning at the same level of fervor that they had their strenuous <a class="zem_slink" title="Sport" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sport">sports</a> and activities. In this way they could enjoy the challenge, without over exerting themselves to the point of unhealthy activity that could lead to an early <a class="zem_slink" title="Myocardial infarction" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myocardial_infarction">heart attack</a>.</p>

<p>Putting an A Type person on a committee or allowing them to run an intellectual group often worked very well as they were completely results oriented. When put together with other high-achievers they did reach results. One thing you have to watch is matching such individuals with lackadaisical folks who just want to hang-out and were less into results and more into touchy feeling socializing, as these two <a class="zem_slink" title="Personality type" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Personality_type">personality types</a> did not match.</p>
<p>Once an A personality type gets involved in intellectual pursuits their focus shifts and this is a much better personality displacement and much healthier as they grow older. Please consider this.</p></div>
