Blushing is simply a way of your body expressing emotions. However when your blushing becomes a hindrance and starts effecting your confidence and social life this is when it becomes a problem.
Many blushers report being caught in a trap, when they blush and others notice it, it often becomes increasingly worse. It can even get so bad to the point that the blushing occurs simply in the anticipation of a potential blushing situation.
If you are a sufferer of blushing, don’t worry there are many treatments available that will stop and cure your blushing. These treatments range from natural techniques like hypnosis and meditation to the more extreme of medication and or even surgery.
For 99% of blushing it is caused by your thoughts or emotions, this is a good thing because you can use a variety of techniques available that can help you. Hypnosis for many years has been used to influence you subconscious, and in recent years NLP has become very famous as a way to reprogram the mind in a little as an hour session.
Hypnosis tracks have proved to be very popular as their ease of use. You can simply put on some head phones and listen to an audio track for a required time over a few days or weeks.
Over the last decade and a half Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) has been used successfully to cure phobias and help reprogram your mind to have different reactions to things. Fort example if you were scared of spiders and you have a NLP session you you may feel strong around spiders and not weak and scared.
Self confidence is also another big factor when it comes to curing your blushing. Simply increasing your self confidence and self esteem can reduce your blushing episodes and even stop it for good.
