Your thighs are very powerful and they just happen to be one of the biggest complexes of muscles in your body. This have two very important meanings for you…

1. Your thighs consist of lots of big muscles and that means they can really eat up calories. 2. Because they are big, when trained properly, then can give you the bets body support and balance.

So you can tell that your legs are very important to the muscle development of your body. Because of this they are great to build that feminine ripped body you want, but it’s also really important to maintain their flexibility as your age.

One more thing… while you can target your inner thighs, most women want to get rid of fat. In order to do that you need to have your entire body drop fat. So you’ll notice that these exercises are great for your legs overall.

Let’s dive into these exercises so you can sculpt your inner thighs quickly:

1. Basic Squat – The squat is one of the greatest exercises for your body. Most women think that you need to stop going down when your thighs are parallel to the floor… don’t go deeper. But remember that you will need to lower the weight you are squatting.

When you go below parallel, you really begin to engage muscles that you never thought you had. And your butt will get a great workout. Finally just remember that you also need to keep your toes pointed straight out. Don’t let them begin to point in a duck walk type way… that signifies a muscular imbalance.

2. Deadlifts – This exercise is right there along with the squat as greatest of exercises. Responsible for activating almost every part of your body, the deadlift will massively sculpt your thighs. Remember this though… form is everything for maximum effectiveness. Keep your back perfectly straight.

After you deadlift your thighs and butt are going to be killing you, but in a good way. After all you wanted to get those sexy thighs right? One last thing to remember too, keep your feet pointed straight like the squat and I can’t stress keeping your back straight. Use your legs to do the work.

3. Walking Lunges – Walking lunges are a great exercise for really targeting your thighs and sculpting them to be sexy and lean. The engagement of this exercise is one powerful fat burning… lean muscle building… power exercise.

When you do the walking lunge, you’re getting a little better of a workout, because you are engaging all of your stabilizer muscles so you don’t lose balance. That means you will build better balance… symmetry… and burn more calories.

4. Sprinting – When you go sprinting, even though it’s not a typical weight lifting exercise, it does work both your fast and slow twitch muscles. That means you are not only burning fat, but you are building muscle and that together creates sexy lean thighs.

You simple have to try sprinting because most adults never do it anymore and the benefits are too good to pass up. It will get you those feminine ripped thighs.

You just learned four of the best exercises for building lean, fat free, inner thighs… and outer thighs. Remember… don’t just do these for a workout. Choose one to add to a full body program and then you will see balance and amazing results.

Before you go out and try all of these, I want to remind you that form is the most important aspect of a great workout. Concentrate on mastering form and you will see that your results come a lot quicker.
